Mobile Check Deposits

Yes, it really is that simple! Start depositing your checks using our improved mobile* app! Scan the codes below or click the links provided to start your mobile deposit journey!

Follow these ten easy steps to start depositing your checks from your device today!

  1. Download the free Oklahoma Educators Credit Union Mobile App from your device’s app store. (Mobile data rates may apply.)
  2. Log into the app using your online banking user ID and password. Click our link here: OECU eligibility | Oklahoma Educators Credit Union to enroll now!
  3. Click the “TAB” icon in the top left corner of your screen. Now click “MOBILE DEPOSITS”. Then click the “PLUS” icon in the top right corner.
  4. Click the camera icon for the front of the check. Place your check on a flat surface with a contrasting background. Have good lighting with no shadows, so your check stands out clearly. Make sure all four corners of the check are inside the box. The app will automatically take the picture for you.
  5. Take a picture of the back side of the check. Before photographing the back, be sure it is endorsed with your signature and write “FOR MOBILE DEPOSIT ONLY”. Then take the picture using the same steps for the frontside.
  6. Review your images. If you need to retake the photos, click on the “RESET” button at the bottom to start over.
  7. Choose an account. Select the “DEPOSIT TO” field to choose which account you’d like to deposit your check into.
  8. Select the “CHECK AMOUNT” field and enter the value of the check.
  9. Verify all information. If all the information is correct, select the “SUBMIT” button.
  10. On the confirmation screen you will have the option to deposit another check. You will get an email confirmation when your deposit has been accepted. If the transaction is rejected, you will receive an email notification.
