Every transaction that the member makes, will round to the nearest dollar.
Example: If you buy a coffee for $1.89 in the morning, fill up your car with gas for $37.90 in the afternoon, and buy dinner for $17.60 in the evening: an automatic transfer will happen at the end of the day for $0.61. (each transaction round will be rounded to the nearest dollar: $0.11 from the coffee purchase + $0.10 from the gas purchase + $0.40 from the dinner purchase will equal $0.61)
