This multi-functional role is responsible for processing financial transactions, opening and maintaining accounts, educating members on products and digital services, and identifying opportunities to deepen relationships through appropriate financial solutions. Position Summary
The Credit Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting the credit and lending functions of OECU. This position is responsible for performing a variety of a variety of administrative, clerical, and analytical tasks to assist loan officers, underwriters, and members throughout the loan process. Duties include gathering and verifying loan documentation, performing credit checks, monitoring loan files for completeness and compliance, and ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding items. This position contributes to a positive member experience by delivering prompt, accurate, and courteous service while supporting the overall lending goals of OECU.
